Lamb and portabella mushroom risotto cake wellington with red wine shallot demi-glace, brussel sprouts and fried leeks.
Wild mushroom blend risotto cake with brandy cream, brussel sprouts and fried leeks.
Chocolate cake rounds with a vanilla bean panna cotta sandwiched in the middle and fresh berries. Served with a glass of Southern Tier Choklat.
All courses will have recommended pairings of wine or beer.
